Angela is the best. She makes sure to go over your selections upon entering the store to ensure there isn't anything new you want to add to your order. She is very knowledgeable about the products and takes her time making sure your taken care of. Jack P made it easy to sign in and was very friendly.

One of the very few dispensaries I actually enjoy stopping in to pickup my medication. They always have a wide selection to choose from in all price ranges. Also the staff is always super helpful and always on top of things. Today Leah helped to ensure I had found exactly what I was looking for and even helped to recommend new items for me to try next time. Always a friendly, streamlined process.

Rise in Monroeville is extraordinary. Whatever they are paying these people isn’t enough! From the time you are greeted by the receptionist, to Mike in the office, and to the personnel getting the supplies, I see nothing but people who want to be there and are good at what they do. They have patience in explaining the products and the effects, and you never feel hurried. When you leave, it is impossible not to reciprocate the many smiles that are given so freely! Great place, even greater people!

I have been coming to Rise Monroeville for a few years now and have always been happy with the quality of products and service. However, I came in recently and had a particularly positive experience with Angela and Forest! They both shared some valuable knowledge about their experiences with various brands and products and I left with some great tips and recommendations. When you’re someone with chronic illness, even just a bit of kind conversation while on routine errands can be the highlight of your whole day, maybe even week! I can definitely say that I left feeling even better about choosing to spend my money at Rise where the stock is solid, prices are competitive, and staff are so incredibly kind and helpful. Everyone there is always super nice and quick. I really like RISE the location didn't seem to matter I've been to a couple different ones and they have the best prices, normally, and all their workers have been really nice and friendly and just good at their job. I really only go to Rise, I go out of my way to go to them because their service and prices are better than others.

I’ve shopped at many different dispensaries around the Pittsburgh area and I must say that the employees of this Rise are a cut above the rest! I repeatedly have great visits with Tommy, Jeremy, and the shorter girl whose name is escaping me. They are always such a joy, as are the others. I truly appreciate their hard work!

Product selection and staff are great! Ellen rang me up today and was the nicest but literally the whole staff rocks! They are always there for questions or recommendations and are really friendly folks.
